High-temperature glue type HT-1200 and HT-1400

High-temperature glue HT is binder made of inorganic substances, non-flammable and non-smoking. It can be used at temperatures up to 1400 °C. It is characterized by low heat conductivity, resistance to vibrations and good acoustic insulation.

Application

The product can be used interchangeably as a ceramic putty or as a glue meant for:

  • supplementation of losses and repair of linings of fibrous and ceramic materials or of refractory concrete,
  • gluing fibrous materials for different bases – metal, ceramics etc.
  • gluing together elements of hard structural ceramics,
  • gluing fibrous materials together (mat-mat, board-board, mat-board).

Method of use:

  • before using, the putty should be thoroughly mixed,
  • apply on cleaned surfaces using a putty knife or a brush,
  • after gluing elements, wait for approximately 60 minutes and then dry the joint at the temperature not exceeding 80°C,
  • then dry the ceramics at the temperature of minimum 110°C using a blower or an electric heater for 3 hours.
