Vermiculite boards type SF-400, SF-600, SF-750
High-temperature insulation boards on the basis of delaminated vermiculite and inorganic binders. The material does not contain asbestos and organic substances. Vermiculite is a layer of aluminum-magnesium silicate that expands at fast heating, creating ultra light granulated product. Boards and fittings are formed by pressing with addition of binders.
Properties
- resistance to thermal shocks,
- low thermal conductivity,
- good electric resistance,
- easy mechanical treatment,
- stiffness and stability,
- non-flammable material of class A1.
