Quality policy
Quality Policy of Europolit Sp. z o.o. is based on the terms resulting from regulations and guidelines related to activities of our company and terms consistent with the implemented Quality Management System based on requirements of standard ISO 9001:2015.
The motto "Business ethics is the key to success" is the main motive in company management process, as by the notion of quality we understand first of all the need to meet high standards agreed with our commercial partners. They apply to quality of our products and services as well as high standards in contacts with customers for which we bear full responsibility.
In order to effectively implement the above principle, the following actions are undertaken:
- Company Management provides a high priority to continuous improvement of processes in all areas of our operations, and reaching the assumed qualitative goals.
- Every employee is responsible for the quality of the work performed, and their efforts actively contribute to achieve high quality of our products and services.
- Under continuous improvement, our Quality Management System is subject to verification at regular time intervals to confirm its effectiveness and compliance with valid requirements.
Our goal is also profit maximization that provides appropriate level of our employees remuneration as well as freedom and flexibility in response to changing market reality, which, in turn, guarantees continuity and punctuality of deliveries to our Clients. With great determination, we aim at entering into long-term commercial contacts which are based on partnership-based cooperation and mutual respect.
Assumptions of quality policy are comprehensible and respected due to commitment of management and all our employees. Europolit Sp. z o.o. guarantees declared quality by proper functioning of and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
